I had an amazing experience at Rubian Restaurant in Montreal. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a stylish yet cozy feel. The service was impeccable—attentive without being overbearing, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Now, the food... absolutely delicious! Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can taste the love and authenticity in every bite. Whether you're going for a casual meal or a special evening out, Rubian delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Montreal. My husband and I came here on our last day of being in Montreal. We were worried about coming in too early as they had just opened but as soon as we entered they greeted us so warmly with big smiles. The fish sandwich was so delicious, and I appreciate the bread being buttered as well. The fish itself was perfectly crisp on the outside and flaky, and soft yet firm on the inside. You could tell the fish was really fresh! They definitely give you a perfect portion of fish for the sandwich. The sauce and coleslaw were excellent too. I was hesitant to have the cheese with it at first but it actually went really well with it, so I’m glad I got it as is. The poutine was also great and the cheese curds tasted fresh. As we left they asked us how everything was, if it tasted good and if we enjoyed. You can tell they really care. Everything was amazing and the wonderful customer service made the experience even moreso. Our only regret is that we came here on the last day of our trip. But we will definitely be back next time we come to Montreal! Thanks so much!

I got the Fish Burger Classic from Rubian in Montreal, and it was phenomenal! The fish was perfectly crispy, the flavors were well-balanced, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The service was friendly, I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!”

Was definitely worth the drive!! We've been wanting to go ever since it opened We had the Fish sandwich which was awesome, bang bang shrimps ( spicy ), fried calamari and fish & chips with potato wedges. Fish & Shrimps was good. We felt like it was too much potatoes for 3 pieces of fish but if you're in a group, it's great for sharing Bang bang shrimps great as an appetizer. Super flavorful and spicy Fish burger YUMM will definitely be going back and bringing the family Very clean restaurant, the staff was extremely friendly and kind. They brought us our meals and drinks to the table. I already know what I'll be ordering next time

I never thought about a shrimp/poutine combination but decided to try it out since it's two of my favorite things. It's pretty mind blowing how good this is. I took cilantro lime sauce with garlic shrimp and I highly recommend it, will definitely be eating from this place again.

I went there for the first time and enjoyed my experience. The restaurant is very clean and the food was really good. I got the fish burger, a mini shrimp bowl and a strawberry lemonade. They were really good! My only thing was the price for the mini shrimp bowl is expensive for 3 pcs on it but besides that I recommend this place.

Excellent restaurant in every aspect. Yummy food with amazing service and staff. The place is spotless, very clean. We had the fish sandwich and the shrimp poutine, both were superb.
